
The Mumbai headquartered Chemtreat India Ltd, a worldwide
leader in the field of corrosion control services has planned
to undertake second phase expansion at its composite
technology park at Khopoli near Mumbai.
Mukul Gupta, Managing Director - Chemtreat India Ltd told
Projectvendor that "the company intended to implement second
phase expansion at an estimated cost of

150 million."
The company has already acquired another three acres adjoining
its current plant (Phase I). Work is expected to commence
around December 2011 and estimated to be completed within six
months thereafter.
On completion of second phase, the company will be able to
manufacture technologically advanced composite structures like
ready made sky-walks that can be carried to the project site and
fixed - thereby reducing project delays.
The company recently implemented first phase of the composite
technology park with an investment of

200 million. It was
financed through internal accruals and IDBI Bank had sanctioned
term loans worth

80 million.
