Pune based Universal Construction machinery and equipment ltd ‘s Universal’s 30 Cu.M/hr. Mobile Concrete Batching Plant has created history by completing Erection and Commissioning in record aggregate time of just 4 hours. The project is currently underway at Dighi Port, Aagandanda, Murud Janjira, Distt. Raigad, Maharashtra.
The project is awarded to M/s. Punj Llyod Ltd., Delhi by Dighi Port Ltd. It is involved with concrete quantity of 65,000 cum. The project is to be completed by 29th Dec 2011.Uniersal’s client M/s. Aarush Engineers are given the responsibility to produce and place the concrete in the required structure.
The huge quantity of concrete work necessarily required two Concrete Batching Plants of capacity 30cum/hr and 60cum/hr to fulfill the project requirement.
The estimated time to install the stationary plant of capacity 60 cum/hr and to start concrete was not less than 20 days.UCMEL committed Mr. Waghmode to offer all kind of support possible.

Mobile Batching plant is designed keeping in mind the client’s requirement of frequent shifting of plant and the cost involved in foundation and mobilization. The plant is very easy for shifting and can be toed by tractor within the site/project premises and can be shifted on a single trailer from one place to the other.The Mobile Batching Plant does not require any concrete foundation and thus saves on cost. It is provided with jacks for fast erection and hence saves on time (4 hours) for setting the plant for concrete producing.This plant is fully loaded with all facilities of aggregate batching, cement batching, water and admixture batching systems.The Plant is equipped with high end control panel with PLC, SCADA System and a PC based control system and can be operated in Auto, Semiauto or Manual mode. Concrete Discharge height is 4 feet and concrete can be taken directly in the concrete pump or can be discharged into a Transit Mixer through Concrete Conveyor.
